Effortless Moisture Measurement: TESMEN's Simple Steps to Accurate Readings
Step 1:
Press the material button to select the desired category, and remove the protective cap. The corresponding category number will be displayed in the LCD's lower-left corner. The moisture measurement mode includes seven (7) calibration scales (1-7) for wood and building materials
Step 2:
After choosing the appropriate category, carefully insert the testing probe into the material for moisture measurement. The humidity level will be shown as a percentage

Does not work. Turns on and seems to function but moisture readings do not display on the screen. I used this device along with 2 others from different manufacturers to verify moisture content of wood framing in newly constructed homes, the other 2 devices worked as expected.

Thought that Lo meant low battery but battery was good. Returned it. Second was same. Contacted seller. Quick response. Lo means low moisture. Push the power button again when you make contact. It works FINE.

Great tool to get for the money. Much smaller than the shop use one where I work, in comparison they read the same so pretty accurate. Multiple modes and it's size make it pretty versatile and the sharpness and size of the probes make it low destructive. Also came with genuine Duracell batteries so it'll perform well for a long time!

This moisture checker is really good. Worked right out the box. Super happy it comes with duracell batteries so you can leave them in without worrying that they will leak.I needed to check every wall in my house to see how high the water soaked up into the drywall and how much moisture was left in the walls after cutting some out and drying the house out.Worked great and was decently priced from what I would expect for something like this. Im not an expert though.
