I have a little collection of hang boards and small finger boards; these are pretty high up in terms of variety of holds and general feel. They hang comfortably with the center hang point, and the wood seems stable enough for my 200lbs. The inner crevices are a little rough in some of the holds, which is my only complaint. Overall, good quality for the price point, and the number of holds, as well as portable size makes it a must have for climb and grip practice.

I like how it is easy to rotate the hang boards and switch to a new hold quickly. I'm just getting back into climbing and I hung these under my deck for practice. It is a much different workout than some of the molded finger boards I've tried before since these have more mobility hanging freely. There are some noticeable seams/edges in the pockets but I haven't used these enough to know if any issues will arise. So far, so good.

This will really test your ability to hang from your fingertips. It's got different levels of difficulty and it makes a great trainer for learning to grip narrower and narrower spaces. Hang them high!

Love this product. Super easy to set up. Very sturdy made of real wood. Comfortable on the fingers when you’re hanging. Lots of variety for training different kinds of grips with different amounts of fingers. The free suspension of the boards gives an added challenge of stability

Easy system for increasing finger strength. I hang these boards on my pull up bar and do finger pull ups. It hurts all get out but it has made my finger strength much better. Boards are made of strong oak and will hold to many finger pull ups. Prefect size for easy storage and you can take anywhere with you to work on your rock climbing fingers.

Needed something compact to practice free hanging grip strength and this does it. Love the look, so simple to put away and so far has held up perfectly. Simple function for a good price.

These hang boards are indeed solid wood---oak, according to the description, although it doesn't look like any variety of oak I'm familiar with. They're about 1 1/8" thick. I see a few Ikea-style splice joints in the glue-up, which doesn't bode well for strength. But my main concern with these hang boards is that the grain of the wood is all in the same direction, which means that depending on which hold you're using, you might be pulling down across the grain (weak) instead of along the grain (strong). I would be worried about the grip splitting across the grain. I own a different set of plywood hang boards from another brand. With plywood, the layers alternate grain directions so there is no "weak" orientation. Otherwise, these hang boards look nice.

These are fun ones for our kids to work on their rock climbing grips. They're easy to hang and are heavy duty.
