Puedes entrenar tus dedos a 18 y a 13 mm. Tambien es comoda para colgarse. Portable y bastante solida. Teiene unos rieles de metal a los lados como para darle un mejor soporte.

I’ve been climbing and training for climbing for nearly 30 years. Hangboarding is a great way to level up finger strength and get that extra edge. This portable board is poor designed. I think they tried to counter the forward roll that occurs, because it hangs from a rope, by making too much of an incut on the 18mm (which is a bit small for training anyway). This makes the edge painfully sharp and beats the hell out of my skin, which is not supposed to happen with wooden holds. Not a good training device. I’d look elsewhere.

This is the perfect simple hangboard. Just a couple of nice edges (the smallest one is pretty legit!) and a rounded jug for warming up. I have also used it a bunch while traveling to do a quick finger work out in a hotel gym or wrapped around a tree branch in a park. Fits easily in a carry on... Highly recommended and WAY less expensive than the alternatives.

I've gotten a few hangboards, and even a few portable ones. This is my favorite portable hangboard. A lot of portable hangboards seem to have really small edges, but the top of this one is pretty easy to grab. Studies have shown that using a bigger edge with more and more weight increases strength more than decreasing the size of the edge over time.

5 stars for what it is - a travel hang board. I use this in conjunction with a yes4all hang board and it adds a lot of variety to quick hanging sessions.Also, if I’m not staying home and wanna hang for a bit, I can just bring it with me.If you’re looking for a travel hang board, I’d suggest this one. Metolius added metal end fittings to fix the problem of breaking the end of the board. Is this also it?
