The product itself is great: made out of one piece of wood as advertised, no burrs or rough edges, absolutely no issues there. The only issue I have with this product is the hardware it comes with (excluding the carabiner attachment). It comes with 9 screws and 9 drywall anchors. The problem with them is that they are extremely cheap; the cheapest things possible. The longest screws that are included are not long enough to reach the end of the drywall anchors when mounting the product to a wall, meaning they do not twist the anchors and thus do not allow them to work as intended. If you are buying this product and intend to use it on your wall, make sure to buy 4 long screws approximately 5 inches in length for the top 4 holes. The other 5 bottom holes are fine, although I would also suggest you buy 9 good quality drywall anchors anyway.

While I'm going to use this a lot for OCR training, I'm not going to get much use out of the two middle "stone" features, or the two top features that angle downward, as it feels impossible to grip them. But the finger holes and the three different depths will definitely have benefits.

Bought for my daughter who has recently found a passion for indoor climbing. Has several holds from deep to just your finger tips. The slopes in the middle are a good addition though maybe not best for bigger hands. The build quality is great with no concerns of splinters or not holding most adults. Installing isn't difficult but highly recommend attaching the unit to a board that then attaches to the wall. We use ours over a door frame which allows you to hang freely. Seems expensive at first but great for climbing and upper body training, would definitely recommend.

There’s a certain Dolly Parton aspect to this product. My husband didn’t notice it when he bought it, I have 3 sons and while they haven’t mentioned it to me, pretty sure they’ve noticed too. Not happy. Don’t buy it.

Excellent product with fast shipping times! This board was exactly what we hoped for! It has different hand grips and more options for finger holds and grips than other boards I looked at! Great product for anyone wanting to train for Rock climbing or just to incorporate into your work out.

This is my first hangboard so I really only have a handful of sessions in the rock gym to compare it to. The wood is a little soft, but not bad (can just barely dent with your fingernail). The jugs on top were a key point for purchasing this one as I wanted to be able to do pullups for volume and they work great for it. The hemisphere slopey pinchers are a unique touch, kinda fun though. I think the screw holes in the bottom pockets are poorly placed as installing the screws could potentially chew up the back wall or leave you with an uncomfortable screw head poking your finger tips, but with five screws in the remaining holes is feels as secure as it possibly could. I'd say it's definitely worth the money, especially if it's your first hangboard.

The board itself is smaller then I expected, but seems to be of good quality overall. The one big complaint is the spacing of the holes, I think it would make far more sense if the holes for screwing it in were at standard 16" and 24" on centre spacing for standard North American stud spacing. The screw holes are haphazardly paced all over, they should at least have a hole top and bottom at these spacings so you don't have to make your own holes potentially compromising the board integrity itself. I think was a big oversight in design because there is no way you could trust hanging from this unless you have at least 2 screws top and bottom in to studs and I'm not sure if most folks have the tools to countersink new holes through the very think top portion.
