Could never tell if someone was at our property gate. This let's us know and works well. Easy to install and pair with internet. Has done well in rain and high heat. I would of gave 5 star but only draw back is our gate lizard sets it off every night at about sunset. So it is sensitive to wildlife and other strays won dering around beam area. But can't beat it for the price point.

Ordered this driveway motion detector to replace one which had been in service nearly 9 years. Distance from transmitter to receiver is less than 100 yards and certainly far less than 1/2 miles, (as advertised.) This unit quit working less than 4 months after being placed in service. Regrettably, the item is out of warranty. My situation may be isolated, but I thought I would share my experience.

Easy to install, accuracy & range as described. Alarm is sensitive to the slightest movement. We’re using it on a building on our property a good 125 ft facing away from the nearest door or window in our house. I would definitely recommend. Additional units can be added to the base unit and plan to add more. So far no issues with weather effects.

We tried it in a couple locations. It goes off constantly. We suspect that it can see pushes rustle in the wind even when they are 20+ feet away from the sidewalk we are trying to monitor. I had high hopes for this but no such luck. It is likely an issue with where we need to use it so I don't want to rate it too low. It has fantastic transmission range for sure. It just seems too sensitive for our situation.

Muy buen producto, no pense que tuviera tanto alcance para recibir la señal del sensor al receptor, a casi 500 m. recibe señal sin problema.Solo su rango de detección de movimiento no pasa de los 10 m.

Just put it up - so far so good! Isn’t going off like crazy for tree branches and the like, but definitely picks up people/deer. Signal reaches at least 200m into the house.
