How to Use
- Long press "ON/OFF" for 5 seconds to power on.
- Long press "ON/OFF" + "Mode" for 3 seconds to change phone and GoPro modes.
- Green light indicates phone mode, Blue light indicates GoPro mode.
Connect to the Phone
- Long press the "ON/OFF" button for 5 seconds. A Blinking green light signifies that phone mode is on.
- Open your phone's settings, enable Bluetooth and connect to "Jier R1".
- After connecting via Bluetooth, open camera app to take photos or record videos
Connect to the GoPro
- Long press the "ON/OFF" + "Mode" Button for 3 seconds. A blinking blue light signifies that GoPro mode is on.
- Turn on the GoPro, find the connection page, and click the "CONNECTIONS" button.
- Click the "Connect Device" button, then click "GoPro Quick APP" or "The Remote" button. GoPro will automatically connect to the Jier R1 remote control.
- You can use the Record button to control recording, the Mode button to control shooting mode, and the Power button to control GoPro power on/off.

This is a simple device that does the job. It connects easily and stays connected. It has one key which keeps it simple. The battery lasts , I havenβt run out of battery yet. Itβs sturdy and durable. It can survive being dropped several times.

It paired right up with my iPhone 11. Group selfies are way easier with this, and it's straightforward to use.If you're looking for an occasional use remote for your iPhone, and don't want to spend a lot, this one would be my choice.

This remote is pretty great. First, it works with my GoPro. The camera seems to go out of its way to be incompatible with non-oem remotes, but this one connects just fine.The remote is simpleβit only has a mode and a shutter button for the GoPro, but both functions work flawlessly.Lastly, the remote is tiny! You can stick it in your pocket or in your camera's case. And the back of the remote is magnetic so you can stick it to stuff. Extra helpful, considering the remote's size.

If you do a lot of pictures of yourself and you get tired of changing out the flat batteries in a lot of those other little remote controls this is a nice one because you can recharge it through a C cable. It charges pretty quickly and itβs got a little strap on it so yeah, hopefully wonβt lose it. Of course I managed to lose it frequently, but I find it so far itβs worked just like it says it should and the charge lasted a long time for me, I would recommend it.

Once paired, this tiny remote will start and stop video, change mode to photo/timelapse/ back to video. Pairs flawlessly to iphone 15. If you are using it for the GoPro, hold the mode and power button until you get a blue light. To turn off GoPro, do the same hold. It will switch back to phone (green light) and turn off GoPro. The instructions are a little vague on this. It automatically pairs with the iphone when turned on. No lag for shutter. Fine product!
