Found this super easy to use and performs great at a fraction of the price. Some complain the cord is too short, but extensions are available at a reasonable cost. For me, it's simply perfect as is for my needs, and beats the heck out of standing directly in front of the camera with a wireless remote!

This fits many cameras that take a 2.5 mm plug. It is similar to the Canon RS-60E3, among others.I have only had it for a few minutes, but it fits and works perfectly on all my Canon cameras. It's hard to imagine how it could be better.It's easy to feel a half press or a full press. It's even easy to feel if you lock the shutter. The electrical plug is good, and it fits the jack.

Excellent product. Delivered as expected! I’m very pleased that I made the decision to try this. It worked perfectly and plug and play. Very simple. Press half way to auto focus then fully press to snap the shot! Small and compact and easily fits in your hand and has grip buds on top and bottom

After trying other shutter releases that claimed to work with the MI MarkII the Progo release really does work with the camera. The others that claimed to work were similar to the Progo but had incorrect plugs not compatible with the MI MarkII. The Progo is well made, has a long cord and as with all Progo products I have used in the past, do as the description promised. I don't use this with autofocus so I can't rate how it worked with that facility. I works beautifully with with single exposure. At the price you won't find a better basic cable release for the Oly OM D E MI MarkII.

It works flawlessly with my Canon t5i right out of the box. The only downside I can think of it's a little on the small side. My hands aren't big, but it feels small while I hold it. Would have liked something with a little more mass and weight to it. Besides that, it works just fine. Semi-push for auto-focus, press for shutter. Not much else to it!

This shutter release works better than I expected. Seems well made and works well with a good feel.When I ordered it, I did not realize that it would operate exactly like the shutter button on my camera. (I have a Canon T6). A held press on the button will cause the camera to focus, take its light measurement and adjust exposure. Then a firmer press will abuse it to take the picture!It is also possible to fully press the button and lock it for long time exposures.Excellent value!

This is the best purchase I have made thus far! I bought my Canon T6i so I could take pictures of the northern lights while home from school for the summer and it did not disappoint! I simply put my camera on "BULB" mode for tie time and plug in the shutter release. The cord is long enough for my to sit below/behind my tripod and not worry about tension shaking the camera. I click the button and slide the hold over it so I do not have to use my finger to hold it. You can take long exposures as long as you want! This thing works great and you can't beat the price. I was skeptical at first after reading some other reviews and the price of this item but it has failed to disappoint.
