I was hoping this would be a a heavy duty, classy, smooth operating opener - and whilst it works fine, it is more loosely assembled than I expected meaning that it rattles as you hold it or move it. A little disappointing but serves it's function.

I simply went to AMAZON's site to see what was available and found several choices, perhaps all of which would have served as well. For this one the price was right. Delivery was prompt. And this product will not break under the same circumstances that the one it is replacing had broken. I am very satisfied with the product and the convenience of acquiring it.
