This is definitely not the highest quality wine opener, but it is a good value for the price. My brother is a wine snob and this style of opener is his preference. Looks attractive, not very heavy weight. Good basic wine opener.

Makes opening wine bottles straightforward; just twist the handle, press the wings, and the cork pops right out with minimal effort. Its multi-functional and easily handles both wine and beer bottles. It's made of zinc alloy and has a polished look.The material however feels a bit thin and lightweight, which can come across as less premium than expected. It works well for everyday use, but for frequent wine enthusiasts, it might not feel as robust as other higher-end options. Despite this, its a budget-friendly choice.

I had a corkscrew similar to this one that lasted for about a decade before one of the handles snapped off. For six dollars, I wouldn't expect this one to last a lifetime, but it should get me through another decade of bottle opening. I much prefer this simple, basic design for opening bottles than those bulky electric ones that need to be charged to use. This one is small, lightweight, and gets the job done.The description said navy blue, but the one that arrived is black. I don't care about the color, but just FYI.

It is a low price item that works but feels a bit cheap. Rivets wobble and the opener is almost too light. It works but not sure how long - might be forever or might bend and break tomorrow - just does not leave a positive feeling after using it.

This opener is quite small and not very solid – at least in comparison with other corkscrews I know. It doesn't fit well in the hand. Overall it does not make a very solid impression. I have a feeling it will break rather sooner or later. It also bends easily.I can give a maximum of 2 stars for this.

Not the best, but fine for the reasonable price. I got it for the RV. If it were for the home, I might splurge on a higher-end one. Does the dob. All metal.

My husband likes how the joints on this are strong and thinks it will last longer than our last one. It opened a bottle of wine, no problem, did not tear up the cork, lifted out easily. The colored base is plastic, not metal, but regardless, it seems sturdy enough.

The minute I picked this up, the first thing I thought was it’s perfect for a picnic basket-totally functional but it is lightweight.I can say it worked fine several times, I’m curious about long term-it may surprise me and last a really long time!New Year’s Eve is coming-we shall see….
