I got the 15 liter size to make dog food in for a few weeks at a time and I have used it for that and everything else! It’s so handy for cooking anything larger than the standard 6qt Dutch oven. I used for canning jelly the other day and it works great for the half pint wide mouth jars. It’s huge so I planned on storing it in the basement but I literally use it a couple of times a week so I just keep it on the stove . It discolors a little on the bottom but that can be remedied with baking soda and vinegar. It doesn’t affect the usage though.

For a home kitchen stove, the pot is huge (14 quarts). I do like that it is not so deep and it is easy to stir contents up from the bottom. I also like that it is oven safe, making it great for pot-lucks for a large crowd. I hope to get the smaller version (12 quarts) also.
