The hammer I received looked nothing like the picture. The one in picture looks a lot nicer than the one I received but will probably hold up.

It's a hammer - should say it all. But wait-there's more. If you have large hands it works fine as there is a comfortable grip. The ball pein end is nicely rounded and stays that way after repeated use or abuse. It feels solid and sounds the same upon impact so there is no concern about unwanted damage. Nice to have a hammer that one can truly hammer with.

Correct brand and weight.Wrong model from what was pictured, though correct model number. Blue handle with black textured rubber grip seemingly glued on(one you just know will fall apart eventually through normal wear and tear), not a smooth one piece handle that will last forever unless you misuse it.Different enough seeming hammer to warrant one star on principle. So, I have to rely on the other hammer I ordered on being the same different (wrong)model. Not that they need to match, I am not a fashion diva, but it does look more professional and that can be important, to your customers and/or your employers. It boils down to false advertising. When you're selling tools, it's important to advertise 100% accurately. Glad I didn't order any precision tools, that could be bad.

This hammer is exactly what i was looking for. It has good weight and is compact enough to be of use for me. I'm small and needed a good heavy hammer for my wire art work and this fit the bill.

Although this product is Made in China, I found the quality to be comparable to all other JH Williams tools I have. Thus far the JH William's tools I have purchased have been manufactured in Taiwan, China as well as USA.
