I read previous reviews and decided to take a shot and order these. There is absolutely no smell to this product. Yes they were sealed in a plastic bag for no one knows how long. Having said that there was no smell to the product. If there was it was so slight that once it was out of the sealed bag any odor that may have been there was gone. The colors are what was promised. They are perfect for a sewing project I am doing. Highly recommend.

I thought I purchased Fold Over Elastic. It's heavy Elastic. You could fold but it's not made for it.

Loved the warm colors but it’s a bit small for the top to fix . Should be1 inch and half or 2 inches. Should B offer in various sizes. Beautiful colors choice.

Amazing! Probably one of my best purchases! Are there some knots in the elastic skeins...yes, but ...not a problem! Does the product have a funny smell...yes, but...so does elastic from the store. Is the elastic too thin...actually, it's not. It has a soft feel and a good stretch. Honestly, for my purpose, it is 100% what I needed. Oh, and by the way...I was even able to use some of the elastic the skeins were tied with! I am making hand tied hair ties for my residents😊!Okay folks, here is an update...407 hand tied hair ties!!! I cut the entire package up into 4 inch pieces, tied two together to make the ties. I did it that way so I could use two different colors for each tie.
