This elastic has lines of silicone to prevent it from slipping. I make various costumes and this works great for many applications -- thigh highs, straps, built in shelf bras, etc. The elastic has good stretch and is easy to sew with.

My biker shorts are always riding up at the gym so I bought this and sewed it around the inside edge of each leg. What a difference! Now any cute biker shorts can be worn for high intensity workouts and I'm not tugging them down after each squat or bout on the rower.

This is super easy to sew or pin into a whatever fabric you need to make non slip! Great for sewing into leggings, hats that are too big, furniture, etc…
