Bought this card to upgrade network card in a 2024 Dell Vostro Windows 11 laptop from WIFI 5 to WIFI 6E. Connection speed and signal strength were much improved. I'm getting connection speed equal to or above what I'm paying for all over my home. Before installing this card, you should go to Intel website and download the latest drivers for AX210NGW and save them on your computer in a location you can easily get to. Windows 11 had a slight hiccup finding drivers, but after installing previously downloaded drivers everything worked. You'll also need to have a WIFI 6E router to take advantage of 6Ghz band. I'm using a TP-Link Archer AXE75 that is great.

You have to remove bottom cover on laptop, and then replace chip. Very easy, loaded drivers by itself win11.Once you install, have laptop look for wifi signal, enter password, and thats it. Does seem nice and fast.Original wifi adaptor was slow, and losing connection multiple times each session.

I have a System76 Gazelle laptop from 2016. It has an Intel Skylake CPU (Core i7-6700HQ) and an Intel 8260 Wifi 5 adaptor. Surprisingly the wifi antennas came out of the old wifi card easier than expected. You need small fingers or a lot of patience getting the wifi antennas plugged into this AX210 wifi card. The hardest part was getting the retaining screw in without knocking one of the wifi antennas loose. After everything was installed, I booted up my laptop and turns out Windows 11 already comes with a wifi and bluetooth driver for this AX210 adaptor. I also tried Fedora Linux 40 and the AX210 adaptor was recognized right away. Fedora Linux 40 even remembered my saved wifi networks. It should be noted that this AX210 wifi adaptor is compatible out of the box as far back as Fedora Linux 34 which uses the Linux 5.11 kernel. It is also compatible with Ubuntu Linux out of the box as far back as Ubuntu 21.04 which also uses the Linux 5.11 kernel. A speed test revealed download and upload speeds of 860mbps which matches my desktop PC that uses a wired ethernet connection. My old Intel 8260 wifi adaptor got around 200-250mbps download and upload speeds. I have fiber to the home for internet.

This WiFi card was a perfect upgrade for my HP Envy Laptop and replaced the original OEM card which kept losing connection and featured agonizingly slow data transfer. Things were so bad that i tried several USB WiFi adapters and lost one of my precious USB ports. The most difficult part of the installation process was the removal of the bottom cover on my HP Envy. One little screw holds down the card and two small antenna wires clip on.. For my HP Envy, I also had to replace the rubber feet on the bottom cover. After installation, Win11 recognized the card immediately and all I needed to do was add and pair with my BT Mouse, I then installed the latest drivers because they were available from Intel.Wow, what a difference!! File transfers are now extremely fast with no connection losses and I recovered my USB port. I cannot believe I waited over a year to do this upgrade. Performance is now better than new and better than any USB adapter. You cannot go wrong with this upgrade and a good time to do this is when you upgrade your SSD, another performance boost. My rejuvenated Laptop should serve me well for several more years and I saved over $100 by doing it myself.

Purchased this to upgrade my desktop computer and it has performed perfectly fine for the months I have had it ; was pretty simple to install. The speed is quite good and I really saw the improvement in Bluetooth compared to my old wi-fi card ; uses Intel's Wifi and Bluetooth drivers.

I used this to replace the wifi card in my hp omen 30L. Much more stable, pretty quick speed. For the price you might as well buy it right now, very worth it. Experience very little to no lag spikes in online games, compared to the prior wifi card. If only intel had AP support this would be perfect, however not necessary.Bluetooth is significantly more reliable too, it actually connects now.

Installation is a little difficult yet simple. Because of how small the part is it makes it hard, especially working in a small computer case like I was. You'll need a 3mm screwdriver for this m2 slot and the tiny antennas are annoying. I'd recommend connecting your antennas to the chip first and then install it on the motherboard. It's very straightforward though and you'll hear a click when the antennas are actually connected. DONT FORGET TO INSTALL DRIVERS FIRST. Once it was in and I put my PC back together it connected just fine but I wasn't getting the speeds I wanted. You may need to mess around with the BAND SETTINGS in device manager. So far 5ghz and b instead of ax is working best(ironic I know to not even use the wifi 6) because I think we have wifi 5. Either way I'm getting super fast speeds like 130mbs (fast for me at least with my PC being very far from my modem).
