Paper not coated, and meat sticks to paper. Also, the box tells you to watch the sharp edges but there are no sharp edges and therefore you need a scissor to cut paper.

This is a great investment. I use it for my crafts and it is a great value. I sublimate products and iron on designs which I use a sheet of this butcher paper to protect them. It does a great job and lasts a long time. I will purchase this again!

I use to cover my product when pressing on the heat press. It does exactly what it needs to do, absorbs the ink. The blade on the box helps cut the paper, but I usually use scissors.

Super great deal. This box lasted a long time. I finally had to buy a second box, but really went far with all the sublimating I do.Used for sublimating, holds up great to the heat.

I like this paper. I use it for crafting, and it seems to be protecting my heat press and pressing mat from getting any sublimation ink on it. I like having the dispenser. I have found it's easier to get a straight tear if I hold the roll in place with my left hand while I tear off a piece with my right.

It is great paper but it’s not wide enough for brisket so that’s the reason for 4 stars
