I really like how this simplified my off road camper electrical setup. It takes care of my AC power distribution, DC power distribution, and charges my 12v batteries. I ran a separate 120v AC line from shore power to the battery charger, this was so the inverter running off the battery didn't try to charge the same battery.It doesn't come with any breakers, but has everything else you would need.

This BESTRENOGY RV converter/charger has really changed my RV setup for the better. It automatically detects the battery type and adjusts the charging mode accordingly, which helps extend battery life while also shortening the charging times. The 40A power output and safety features, like overload protection, make this a reliable addition for my travels.

I ordered this converter/charger to be the power center for my camper van build. It will allow me to connect my battery storage bank for my solar panels with appliances and circuits in the camper. It has plenty of 12V DC circuits for everything I need inside the camper and space for a 30A AC Main circuit breaker and 2 branch circuits. It took me a little bit of time to determine exactly how the breaker panel is set up as the wiring diagram in the manual isn't all that clear. It looks like you connect the power lead from the inverter to the main breaker and that feeds the breaker bus to provide power to branch breakers. I mention this since that means you need a main and at least one branch breaker to utilize the AC portion of the system. It also means that you only have the capacity for 2 branch circuits.The panel uses a very wide variety of household electrical breakers versus some expensive specialty breaker that hard to source.Overall it's a good fit for my project and worth considering for any camper project

Unit arrived a day early and was very easy to install removal of old unit and istallation of new unit took 45 minutes start to finish. Had to trim the old cut out by 1/4" one side to make it fit. Works great with both lead acid and lipo batteries

My husband told me a while back he needed one of these for our RV so as soon as I saw it I had to order it! This came very well packed and secured and everything was exactly as described in the ad and as expected. Everything matched up perfectly with the ad even down to the measurements so it fit perfectly in the spot we had for it. My husband was easily able to swap this out with the old one and said that installation was very easy and straightforward. The quality of this is amazing. Very heavy duty and well made. It doesn't feel cheap or easily breakable whatsoever. This definitely functions as intended charges up and has plenty of brightness! The noise level is minimum as well which is nice. This is the cheapest option we had found so far so it's a great bang for your buck for sure! If you're thinking about it don't hesitate the quality is awesome! Definitely a 10 out of 10

This converter kit arrived adequately protected and appropriately packed within a branded box. The user manual was professionally produce, well worded, and informative. But, I recommend professional installation. The converter is well built, using good, quality materials. The door opens and closes smoothly. It works as described. Overall, I recommend.
