The blower has a lifetime lubrication as it was lubricated at the factory before shipping. Came put together. It is light weight so my wife has no problem moving it about. We haven't had the opportunity to use it yet but my wife can't wait.

I really had high expectations from this snowblower seen as how impressed I was from their battery snow shovel I purchased for my dad for his birthday. Unfortunately, I was mostly met with disappointment right from the unboxing to assembling and then using the 22inch snowblower. First off, the manual that was sent in the box was not even for this snowblower, it was for one of their battery snow shovels so luckily assembly was pretty straight forward and didn’t need any of their directions. The handle construction is flimsy at best, feels very cheap and I can see myself breaking it easily. Assuming you have a smooth driveway of asphalt or concrete that isn’t iced over at all you will probably have an easier time pushing than I did. It gets hung up on every little piece of ice or uneven surface it runs into and stops you dead in your tracks feeling like you’re going to bust the handle off of it. Think pushing a lawnmower through thick grass uphill, that’s how it feels to use this thing in about 8-9 inches of snow. Also the button you have to push before you can pull the handle to start it is really annoying.. It doesn’t like to stay depressed so you have to stop every 10 seconds and restart it. The only thing keeping me from giving it one star was the fact that the battery life seems to be adequate and it does have decent power. With a little refinement and some structural reinforcement I can see it being much better but for now I am sorry to say I am very disappointed.

Product works better than advertised. Actually, has plenty of power to throw snow. Had about 4 inches over the weekend and live in a condo. So, I did mine and the neighbor's driveway with plenty of left over battery power. Could have gone across the street and done the other neighbors.(You might ask that if I live in a condo why am I doing my own snow? I don't always, but they sometimes are not very timely coming to plow.)Unit is light weight and easy to push. The only thing I can attest is longevity but will update if anything changes. Happy customer.

I have a single lane driveway to clear, as well as a small section of sidewalk. Enough to be tiring with a shovel, but too small to justify getting a gas powered snowblower. So this little electric snowblower was perfect. It clears the whole driveway and section of sidewalk on one battery charge, even when we get 4 or 5 inches of snow. It vibrates a little, but not too bad, it's much quieter than a gas snowblower. I hit a loose chunk of asphalt with it by accident and it didn't break, which impressed me. It's light and easy to handle, which makes clearing my walkway that has a step pretty easy. The only issue I've had with it is that I am very tall, and it is clearly designed for more normal height people, so I do get a bit of back pain bending over to operate it. Overall it was a great buy though, at a great price.

TERRIBLE Don’t waste your money on this. With powder snow it just blows everywhere. With 1” of damp snow, it barely throws it 2’, clogs, and shuts down. Its been over 30 days waiting on a fair snow to test it, NOW I CAN’T RETURN IT!

Ordered the Westinghouse WSnow22 48V after our first snowfall this year. Arrived on a Thursday and we had snow again the next night. It was very easy to assemble (no small parts). The dual charger that came with it is very nice and also charges my smaller SnowJoe batteries for my snow shovel. Got 2 inches of snow on Friday night, went out to clear the drive and walkway Saturday morning. After getting used to running the snow blower I had my 20'x50' plus turn-around driveway cleared in about 15 minuets and still had 2 cells of charge left on both batteries. After that I am confident that this will handle much larger snowfalls. I am also small engine challenged so this cordless electric model is definitely for me. Overall I highly recommend the WSnow22 for anyone with a small to moderate area to clear.

We had the smaller version of this snow blower (for which we wrote a review), and chose to replace it with this model. So far, we've only used it for one 3" fluffy snow storm. It was OK. We liked the fact this time we could direct a snow chute, in 3 different directions, but we still got covered in blowing snow! Not sure how it will work in a deeper or wetter snow. It was easy to assemble, except for the 2 hitch pins, but we finally got them on!! We used the 2 batteries for the 3" deep snow storm, both of which were fully charged, but both died after 35 minutes!! We thought 2 batteries would last a lot longer, especially where it was only3" of light fluffy snow. We ended up manually having to shovel a large part of our long driveway and parking area for this 2 unit condo area. We've come to the conclusion that if you want better snow removal, a large expensive snow blower is the only answer (or hire a plow person). This one is good for small jobs, but much better than our first purchase, as this one has a 3 directional snow deflector schute. This model (Wsnow 18 48v) comes with a charger for 2 batteries, but that could not charge 2 dead batteries before it got dark outside or before everything froze overnight. It has a headlight, but our batteries died before we could tell how bright it would be if used in the dark. A lot of snow accumulated on the unit during usage. It was easy to turn on and keep it going, (until the 2 batteries died!!!) We honestly don't want to rate this since we've only used it once, but we'll give it 4 stars, and update after we use it again.

It seemed decent for the price when I ordered it but not quite as good as I had expected. Easy to assemble. It struggled more than I had excepted in four inches of fresh snow, stopping multiple times. I got through about 80 percent of my driveway with fully charged batteries, or about 15 minutes (photo shows how far I got with the batteries). I just ordered a second set of batteries. At least the price is right and I don’t have to shovel by hand anymore.
