Mi aspettavo un po' di meglio visto il prezzo. Dà l'idea di essere un po' instabile ed é macchinoso da usare. Il fatto che il manico dello sportello sia molto grande non aiuta perché se si lasciano le cose sul ripiano vengono schiacciate alla chiusura del portello se non si presta attenzione

It is useful when the grill is open, not so much when it’s closed. The handle takes up enough space that the shelf is rendered useless when closed. If I had to do it over again, I would just buy the side table and use the side tables instead. I will probably get the side table at this point for more space when I am grilling.

The EX6 does not come with a front shelf and it’s kinda a necessity. The product was slightly confusing to assemble, but not that difficult. The shell works ok but it has some flexibility to the frame that makes its seem slightly flimsy. It probably needed bigger bolts or washers to secure it. It’s a bit difficult to lower it (for the EX6 there are 2 halves.). It’s also a little bit short so depending on what you set on the shelf you have to be careful opening the lid as the lid handle might knock stuff off the shelf. Overall it’s ok but it could be better.

For me front shelves are a must on a smoker or grill. Installation was simple & pretty quick. Really like that they fold down & having the hooks underneath to hold/store the grills upper rack is ingenious! No more leaning it against the side of the garage & risk the kids damaging it, it’s happened. Sturdy construction & useful. When paired with the optional side shelf & righthand table, there’s more than enough space for trays & tools. Definitely recommend!

The shelves seem sturdy to me and adds significant space to put on and off food. The only comment is that the bracket to hang the top grate is super close to the grill so you basically have to hit the grill with the grate to hang it which I don't like (would like to avoid scratches). The install was very easy, no changes to the grill itself as the connection nut is already preinstalled on the grill so you just assemble the shelf bracket and then hang it on the grill. Assembly was 100 percent picture based and you do 95 percent of the assembly off the grill, super easy even for someone who sucks at that kind of stuff.
