We had some trouble installing it due to its stiffness. I tried both putting it in a dryer and soaking it in hot water to soften it up per tips I saw on YouTube. The dryer made it too soft and lengthened it, so maybe I dried for too long. The water soak didn’t do much to soften. Something happened with the first one I bought and while I was installing it, it split in half and didn’t seal properly. The second one I bought went a little bit better with the installation, but was still really difficult. Eventually we got it working. Here’s a tip: if your dishwasher is leaking, before you replace the seal, make sure there isn’t something wrong with your dishwashing soap. It turns out my dishwasher was leaking because the cascade platinum plus pacs were causing too much foaming. I switched back to cascade complete and the foaming soap problem and the leaking stopped. There was never anything wrong with the seal.

My dishwasher still leaks a bit from the bottom, but these seals seem to work like they should.

This is an exact fit door gasket for my General Electric profile dishwasher. easy to install and is pre-cut to fit correctly. My only negative opinion is that it did NOT include the little three inch long piece for the bottom center of the door. Save a good section of the old door gasket to make this replacement. No big deal. Other than that, no issues, I recommend.

The old door gasket on my 25 year old GE Triton III was leaking steam and the seal at the bottom of the door shank and popped out of its track so this new replacement worked out well, it was a bit tight on first closing but after a few hours closed it became easier, I also replaced the corner gaskets at the bottom door frame, I suggest you do the same if your dishwasher is as old as mine. I recommend this gasket.

Worked Great! Helpful tip - use small plastic putty knife to help get new seal into channel. Leave extra material at bottom - don’t trim excess length :)

I was so happy when I got this, it was a perfect fit even though my model wasnt listed. I installed it and the tab that inserts into the groove to hold on the bottom side of the door split apart and it was immediately useless. I tried to get a replacement, amazon gave me a slow shipping speed as usual, even though it shouldve been expedited for my inconvenience and receiving a defective product. I cancelled the return because it was useless because I needed it asap and wouldve had to wait even longer for a replacement that might break also. Very disappointed. I bit the bullet and bough a new dishwasher.
