Replaced our OEM piece, and saved us hundreds in a service call. Took 1 star off for two reasons:1. Because they didn't come with screws. Fortunately, I'd had the awareness to save the original screws, but if I hadn't, we'd have been scrambling and more than a little frustrated. 2. Description didn't include measurements so I could verify it was the right replacement piece.

I am not a DIY person, but this was so easy to install. Now I have my washing machine working again. I bought 3 in case this fragile item breaks. By fragile, I mean I have to lift my machine door to close it, and that is how I broke the original one.
