FEATURES
This U-shaped bake heating element -- model NO: WB44T10010 – is a replacement part for many ovens that aren’t producing heat.
An electric oven’s heating element coil is generally found at the bottom of the oven cavity. A malfunctioning heating element will often produce little or no heat.
WARNING: To avoid a risk of electrical shock, before replacing the bake heating element, you must unplug the range or shut off the circuit breaker to the unit. To avoid a risk of burn, make sure that the range is off, and the unit’s heating element is cool to the touch.

Got hot after installing but didn’t stay hot, never got my oven up to 350. The prongs in the back go up at an angle compared to the one I replaced.

Although it looks like the original, installs like the original, it doesn't sit on the floor of the oven. The 2 metal legs that are supposed to support it sit about 1 1/2 inches off the oven floor. I thought maybe after a couple of uses, it would right itself, but nope. It still sits in mid air. On the bright side, it doesn't come near the lowest rack of the oven.
