Do not buy!!! Had this element for a little over 2 years and the element just now blew up in the oven with arcs and sparks! We thought it was going to burn our house down! And it was stated that the element was long lasting. So much for that. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Installed easily by a grandma and grandpa first time with screw drivers ( we went from flat tip screws to Philips so we needed one type to remove and another to hook up), flashlight, and pliers (remember you will need to make sure the breaker is off at the box). The oven works great now although we have had to adjust our cook times because it seems we kept adjusting our cook times to a bit longer to compensate for the old element that was limping along until it just gave up. Days and events being what they are right now, a working oven is a great oven and it is working just fine now. Took two old farts about 40 minutes to get it changed out but times may vary depending on how long it takes you to get up and down off of the floor and any extended discussion over the breaker selection in the box. Check the Google to see how to unclip the oven door as ours just comes all the way off by just pushing buttons and slips back into place. Much easier.

I saved a ton of money fixing the oven myself with this part. Everything was included that was needed for installation. I installed this with minimal tools, and it took about 15 minutes. Parts on other sites/available locally cost as much as twice as much as this part.
