This protected my outdoor water softener from a recent freeze we had here in Texas. It's a good quality and fits very well, but most of all it does what it's intended to do, which is to protect the tank from the elements.

My garage has been as low as 40F this winter and the water heater hasn't been able to keep up. This cover made the water noticeably hotter and the propane usage less.

I have a standard Culligan tank and this fit like a glove. Definitely was a great addition to our winter prep and it worked much easier than some of the alternatives we have used in the past. The price was great too. Material is also easy to clean.

This cover is heavy duty and looks very well made. I wonder how long the zipper closure will stay operational. I’m concerned that it might corrode and not open back up after a few years of being exposed to the elements but that remains to be seen. I do wonder why they didn’t use a Velcro closure and/or straps with nylon connectors that won’t corrode.
