Batteries hold charge pretty well but the charger quit charging shortly afree I got it, unless you hold your mouth just right. Pretty disappointed about that because that’s the main reason I bought this.

These batterys work ok. They are not quite as long life and capacity as the original but a good value. The charger works well and reduces the wear and tear on my GPS USB port too. It is best to keep the battery around half charged in storage. Don't just throw the them in a drawer for 6 months and expect to get reasonable life out of them. They will drain over time and if they get to low it can damage the cells.

I'll see how long the battery lasts but unlike other reviews they must have updated the charger since the Garmin factory battery for the Alpha 300i fits in it.
