i don't normally write reviews. I have 3 warn winches and a mile marker. I have used winches all my life for offroad. Shame on Warn for this product! The product was delivered on Feb 6. I charged it for a day, paired it up, turned it off put the remote in my glove box. March 3 got stuck in my yard with a trailer, pulled out remote and it was DEAD.. There is no way to use a wired remote on these premium line of winches. There is no aftermarket for any other remote and this 1 can't, like all other reviews on line said, can't keep a charge for 3 weeks. I was able to use the remote while it was charging but why go thru the troubles to get wireless and it still has too be wired to use. Really have lost faith in Warn and their products.

i bought a Warn Zeon Platinum winch seven months ago on January 2019, and the remote was defected, the seller i purchased it from had been procrastinating with the replacement remote, so i chose to by a new remote, works great! very easy setup, clear instructions.
