This is a great product if you use a handheld walkie-talkie at work. Sound quality is good. I wish the earpieces were a little more durable. I had to change them for a better earpiece, gummy! Or overall functionality is great for what I do at work.

This headset is not compatible with my MS350R radios. The headset works fine just to listen, but whenever you press the PTT button it turns the radio off. If I unplug the headset, the radios works fine.
