Have this product for just a few short weeks and it worked fine last night now today all of a sudden the mic stopped working

Of the many radio earpieces I've bought off Amazon for work, this one is the one I keep coming back to. It has the best overall form factor and a decent sound quality. My only complaint is that they ship it with left-ear pieces only, so if you want to use it on the other side of your head, you have to twist the plastic sound tubing around, leading to it loosening and falling out from the tension.

This is the exact product I needed/was looking for, my only negatives were that the earpiece (the middle part) was so stiff so it irritates my ear when I have it in all the way like you’re supposed to. The volume is good and works well with my radio at work but my other negative is the cord and clip piece on the upper part. The cord is so long (which is normally really good) but I usually am left with a lot of cord hanging out even when it’s tucked under my shirt. And lastly, that clip piece at the top half. I know it’s supposed to help keep it on your clothes but it is so irritating on my back when I have to loop it around my neck and clip it to my clothes. I wish there was a way to take it off. Otherwise great product!

I liked the fact that it actually worked and now I can hear private radio communication while working. I don’t have to wonder if anyone is hearing the dispatch info I am getting or while talking to a suspect. It’s all about secure and private transmission. It worked like it supposed to and the sound quality was good and comfort level need to be a little better since the eat lope kept slipping off my ear.
