I installed this DWALE cartridge with no problem, turned on the pump (which ran at 2,000 rpm), and everything seemed fine. After my pump increased its scheduled speed to 3,400 rpm at 8:00 am the next day, the light blue top cap popped off and water was spraying all over until around 9:15 am (when I noticed it)! Why is there even a threaded cap on the top of the cartridge in the first place?! I checked the genuine Nature2 OEM cartridge that was replaced, and its cap wouldn’t budge. But the cap of this DWALE one had to be tightened down, by me, after losing a few inches of water out of my pool. After tightening the cap down, it slipped out of its fine threads, so I had to tighten it again, hopefully tight enough to last through the end of this summer. I will NOT be buying this knock-off brand again, just to save $10. Now I get to be paranoid the rest of this summer, wondering if the top cap will pop off again!
