Pleated Filter Media
Pleated filters are more structurally stable than non pleated and also maximize the effectiveness of your filter by exposing contaminants to an increased surface area. Washable Pleats
Extend the life and increase efficiency of your filter by cleaning it with a gentle stream of water. When you're filling your pool, remove and rinse your filter at the same time! Do not use high pressure pressure hoses or abrasive brushes as this can damage the filter. Tier1 also offers a Pool Filter Wand Brush that attaches to the end of any standard garden hose.

Description states 10.5” tall… we received a filter that is 3/8” short and will not seal correctly in our hot tub.

Having had bought several brands of replacement filters for my Hot Springs Spa over the years, I have to say these filters looked as good as any others I purchased. They seem to built of high quality materials and arrived in good condition. Time will tell how well they survive. I expect at least four or five years of service...we will see. The filters fit my HSS Soverign2 that had Watkins 31489 filters from the factory.
