Purchased to replace the light in the freezer side of the refrigerator. Light was an exact match.

This fit my Whirlpool freezer perfectly. My old bulb had gone out and my owners manual said I needed to contact Whirlpool service to replace it!!! No thank you. This bulb, and less than 2 minutes of work was all it took to get my freezer properly lit again.

I was surprised that an LED light in a freezer would fail in just over 3 years, but this replacement was relatively easy to install. The trick was to get the old LED unit out and stretch the wires from that unit so that you could install the replacement.Be careful when pushing the spade connectors onto the new unit -- the connectors on the LED unit are EASILY bent!

Lightbulb works like it should. Learned the hard way that this is a bulb where you should unplug the fridge for a min to replace. Got a nice shock.

I replaced my OEM bulbs quickly with this one and it’s working great, I would buy it again. Hopefully it lasts a few years.

So far so good. The light is bright and fit perfectly in my Whirlpool Refrigerator. Seems to match OEM specs pretty closely and the price was far less...Long term use cannot say for sure.
