This was purchased to erect a filter barrier around a sump. It is quite sturdy and stiff, which was great for my purpose. I expect it to last, well, forever.

I placed this on the ground to stop groundhogs from digging around my house. I put mulch over the top and so far it seems to be working.

I have some critter problems and use this material for barriers they cannot chew through. These go up along the top of my roofline between wooden fascia and the top of the brickwork (which looks like stair steps from the side. Lighter material hasn’t stopped them but I have every confidence that they can’t chew through steel mesh. This material is like a coarse-mesh screen but much stronger.I use metal snips to cut the material to length and shape. Protective gloves are required. The ten-foot length will be sufficient for my needs.

Easy to attach with zip ties. Coating comes off as you install it. So no idea how long it will last. Small openings will keep baby cicks from escaping the pen.

The Hiawatha National Forest in Michigan's upper peninsula has had very high fire danger this year. Several fires have already cropped up in our county. So even though we have an enclosed fire pit on our property, we were fearful one errant ember could start a fire we couldn't control. But fall camping in the UP without a campfire is uncomfortable. So I searched for a solution and found this. It was the perfect height for the fire pit, so we only had to cut lengths for the cage and doors. The wire the roll was tied with worked great for securing the screen to the fire pit. We were warm and comfy; and both the forest and our neighbors' properties were safe. Highly recommend for that purpose!
