This is a neat toy for all ages. Sounds are of helicopters and sirens. Doors open and close as well as string can be lowered with a bed on it. Only critique is I wish the bed stayed attached to the hook rather than slipping off all the time. The bed is poorly made as well so it seams like a cheap plastic. Helicopter is a nice size and well made.

Very impressive for its price point, due to the various interactivities (doors, moveable parts, etc.) that make it more interesting. Full disclosure, I ordered this to use to help with visuals in a firefighting board game I'll be reporting on elsewhere, and I thought it would make a nice background, or perhaps to stage scenes from. (I'm a storyteller; what can I say.) I think kids would like it, but I'd not let toddlers play with it just because there are quite a few moving parts and pieces that might break off (toddlers are like mini-engineers in that regard in that they can disassemble anything, it seems). But, it would be a solid toy for any child, I think, over say 7 years old or so.

I have a young friend who will be turning 5 pretty soon, and I'm holding onto this helicopter to give him as a gift, either for his birthday or later in the year for Christmas. He's a kid who loves tinkering and playing with mechanical things, and he's especially fond of vehicles of all kinds. This toy is right up his alley, as it makes sounds, has lights and has two rotors. It's clear that there's a battery inside, as there's a tab to be removed and a screwed-down compartment on the top, with pushbuttons on the side to control the sound effects and lights.. I'm reluctant to try to unscrew it to check, as I've had problems with these factory-installed screws being tightened so much it's hard to loosen them, and I stripped the head using one of my small precision screwdrivers. (There doesn't seem to be a screwdriver included.)Still, this is likely to work for as long as he maintains interest in it. And if it stops making noise, I'm sure his parents will be happy. And it will still be usable because of the friction motor.

My 4 year old loves it! He's really into rescue helicopters and this is perfect for him. Lots of moving parts for him to manipulate. The blades move, doors open, back hatch opens, and wench works. It's gotten lots of play time. I know the title says it's 11 inches, but I didn't realize how big it was going to be. Due to the size, it's not a super portable toy, but also means it's easy to find and the toddler can fit lots of rescued dinos and other animals inside.

The helicopter toy is a large size, which is fun to play with. It’s well made and durable as it’s holding up well to daily play. The color is bright and paint is nicely done. It doesn’t feel cheaply made. It’s a good value.

Such a a great toy!! And it's my grandsons newest favorite. As soon as he wakes up everyday now he's the first thing he's asking for and it's has to be well made because it's surviving this 2year old lol. So just fun to play with I recommend

My 3 and 6 year olds love this helicopter. Honestly, I should get a second one so they stop fighting over it.Its well made and seems well contructed with no immediate flaws or shortcomings. Strong plastics that should holdup.I will update my review if we run into any issues with it.

This rescue helicopter has been played with a lot by 2 small boys. The sounds and lights all still work. Unfortunately the rescue bed that can be lowered or drawn up got tangled and stuck and it had to be cut off. The toy is still functional but they did like that aspect of the helicopter. The size is good for preschoolers.
