The buffer was a little more heavier than I anticipated and when I’m using it the buffer goes left really well but to go back right it’s a workout chore almost dread that I bought it but I needed it for the big square footage jobs

I use these machines on a weekly basis for my business. Love the sturdiness of the machine and power but this piece needs an upgrade. I just had this one shipped and it arrived like this. I have an old machine that doesn’t break and can not afford to send it back or else I would to get a new one. Would be nice if just this piece could be delivered or sent extras.

On its first use the aluminum frame for the locking clamp cracked rendering the machine useless. Coincidentally another Venom series machine belonging to another contractor was on the project we were doing. It had the exact same crack, though that machine appeared to be much older. This makes me think it's a known issue. Buyer beware.

Have a flooring store, we used it to scuff 5000 sq ft of VCT .Feels well made smooth with plenty of power.
