For "good" bags it is fantastic. We purchased this to enable us to pack warm and bulky clothes for our Alaskan Cruise. Probably saved us an extra Suitcase for the flights. But .... 3/9 bags failed on the 1st Trip. 2/3 gets us at best a "C"

Unfortunately I am not able to return this item because it is outside the window of opportunity. I just now started to use them preparing for an upcoming cruise. All 3 of the large size leak. I removed some of the items incase I had over packed them, but still the same results. They do not even hold the seal for 8 hours. I do not recommend them. The electric pump works fine but without the bags it seems pointless

I really like the seal on these bags. I’ve had my travel puffer jacket in one AND folded in half at the seal for 3 weeks thinking it would probably take in some air and puff back up but nope!! It’s still cracker thin today! My only wish is that the pump were rechargeable. It must be plugged in to function.

Bags was ok, one of the bags didn't hold the vacuum, but once I got it in the luggage, it was fine. The pump works great, but need to the the valve on the bag slightly above the goods so it really vacuum out more air.

I work on a cruise ship, and so I bring a lot of clothing to work, and usually more home. These bags are great to reduce the volume of the fluffier items such as sweaters and fleece. They also work great for regular clothing and have increased my packing capacity by quite a bit. The only concern is the weight! Making your clothes as dense as this one makes them can lead to overweight luggage. Be aware of that when packing for a trip. For storage at home, amazing items. The amount of compression means you virtually double your storage. The only drawback is the shape of the bags is not uniform when you fill them and compress them, leaving lots of little air pockets when you put these in a box. Leave a few t-shirts and things out to fill those gaps and you're set!
