One of the bolts for attaching the hydraulic jack to the base twisted off as i was putting it together, now I have to pay to ship it back. Swell. Garbage

I use this for my motorcycle projects. It's works great. I have a bike that's almost 900 pounds and no issues with lifting or holding it up while working on it. It's moves around easily and it'sSturdy. Definitely recommend it.

This jack works well for the infrequent DIY mechanic but I would not recommend it as a long-term solution for someone who plans to regularly work on bikes. The rails are short, barely reaching both sides of my 2000 Road King. It wouldn't even clear the frame of the bike while it was on the kickstand. I had to raise the bike upright with one hand while trying to maneuver it under then gently let the bike lean back over and hope I got it underneath evenly and straight. Repeating this about 3 or 4 times gets pretty frustrating.That being said, once the lift was under the bike and secured with the straps they included (which are decent quality) it did lift the bike easily and the safety arm kept it up. You must use the safety arm or it will slowly lower over the course of about an hour. Also, there is no slow descent like with a typical jack. I'm used to turning the handle to lower a jack and this allows for control, but this only has a foot pedal and it is very hard to control the rate.

This item came promptly and it is relatively light weight for the job it has to do, the instructions that came with it provided for easy assembly and my first task to use it was to elevate a generator to replace a flywheel assembly the generator weighs only 260 pounds, but I wanted to be able to work on it at a higher level, the safety features which include the locking bolts to disengage the rear set of rollers and the scissors lock in place to provide an assurance of safety. I look forward to using this to work on both my snowmobile and my garden tractor.

Its not a $1000 motorcycle lift but it gets the job done. Set up was easy. Instructions aren't very well made but I didn't use them anyways. Its pretty straight forwards. Just finished doing my forks on my bike with this over the weekend. I also really liked it because i could move the bike out of my way when it was up in the air. comes with straps. I did have to remove my exhaust because it runs under the bike but didn't have to do that with my Harley

I have read all the reviews on this lift over the last year and noticed that some concerns that people had reported earlier seemed to have been addressed by the manufacture. SO, I decided to pull the trigger and so far I couldn't be happier! First I put it together in about 15 minuets without even reading the instructions (anyone who has a problem putting this together shouldn't be wrenching on anything in the first place) 2nd the pads are firmly attached to the lift. 3rd no problems with the handle, been turning the bike around in 360s so as to get the best light and access when garage door is open. 4th as you can see in my picture Iv had my bike up on it for the last 3 days steady, while giving it a Spring/Summer freshener and no jack leeks or collapse so far! Harly has one with about the same ratings but twice the price! I promise to update this if anything changes! Update 6-13 warranty info is non existent Amazon says click here for warranty info, upon doing so you get a message saying check with manufacture and no details. When you go to Vivohome, nothing about warranty that I could find CATCH22?! THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED!

Before this lift I had one made by Harley Davidson (or for them). It was a beast - heavy and sturdy and had no issue with an 800 pound bike. This jack is basically the same design but you can tell the materials are of lesser quality. While it did the job with the 600 pound bike I have now, it wobbles a bit and I was just a bit nervous using it. However, it did do what I asked of it.

worked great 1st time , but 2nd time when I touched the down pedal the motorcycle came down so fast it scared me .... didn't use the jack for a while , but now the jack won't stay up , it bleeds off as soon as you quit pumping ,,,,, when it crashed down , I didn't realize it kicked the control bar out of the clip , works fine now !

Package came very quickly, well packed and easy to assemble. No instruction but then again if you need instruction, you shouldn’t lift your motorcycle 🤪Strongly suggested for all of your motorcycle maintenance and the fact that it came with security straps, is a real advantage

I bought this lift base on how it was advertised in the sense that you can use it to lift your motorcycle and even use it to move it around your garage if you have tight space to work with. Well, lifting wasn’t the problem turning it around was. Only the 2 rear wheels give you the 360 movement the front ones doesn’t they only move in 2 directions forward and backward thus making it very difficult to turn my motorcycle around not to mention my bike is 840 lbs. the front metal wheels are horrible and they’re destroying my newly done floor trying to move my bike around in my garage. I should’ve returned this piece of crap right away but I decided to use it until I found something better well….low and behold I tried to use it today and this is what happened. These pics will explain everything. The handle broke off while I was moving the bike and it got wedge under the bike, I came so close to damaging my bike on this piece of crap. I would not advise anyone to waste their money buying this. Hope I can save someone before they make this disastrous purchase.😡😡😡😡

Great product real bang for your buck. Solid construction and design. Slightly heavy to carry but rolls well with or without a motorcycle on it. Lifts my 400 pound bike like nothing . Definitely would recommend.
