I bought a used car and there was no jack. I bought this one, we've already had to use it and it worked great. It's a Honda Fit, a very small car. And this is perfect. We just keep it in the back and it works very well. I'm pleased with the purchase.

I purchased two jacks to do a brake job on my truck. One was defective but still worked. They were very stable and easy to work with. No problem with getting a replacement. I recommend this product for it's price and functionality.

Alas, my relatively new cars don't come with a spare tire or a jack. So, I didn't have one to use when I needed it for lifting my bed. I'd been advised to lift the head of my bed and use risers under the head's legs. But a bed frame and bed are heavy. No way you can do this on your own. So, I looked for a simple and inexpensive jack that would do this for me. This is the one I found on Amazon and it is a great value. It's solidly built. Simple to use. Should last a lifetime. It's amazing how easily this lifts. You can almost just turn the mechanism by hand and see the bed rise as if by magic. The handle that comes with it takes over and makes it a breeze. So, job done. And now I have a jack for the car, should I need to change a tire, or two. You can't go wrong with this jack. It's money well spent!

It works great and with the rubber slotted part that contacts the car, there is no scuffing the paint.

The scissor jack my cat came with broke after it fell when I had it jacked up. This base it way wider and much more secure. Easy to use. The only draw back is the tool to crank isn't as sturdy. Already bent a little. Overall though great product that shipped fast and has been a huge help for changing flat tires while traveling.

I purchased this jack to replace the factory scissor jack in my 2003 Acura TL. It definitely holds the weight and gets the vehicle high enough to change a tire in a pinch. I just keep it in the cardboard box in the trunk. In an Acura TL, there's plenty of space in the trunk to do this. I do not use this jack for non-emergency situations. However, you can use this for nonemergencies it's just very cumbersome to use. I am not saying that this is a poorly made jack I am not saying that this jack is crummy. This jack you have to screw the screw to lift the whole vehicle and that just takes some effort. The way it is made is perfectly fine. Matter of fact it's better the quality than the factory jack. If you want a jack for your driveway, get a hydraulic jack that can lift your vehicle and a pair of jackstands. If you were looking for a replacement factory scissor jack, this is the one for you! I have used this brand for years and they stand behind their products.

Needed a jack for my Tesla M3P in a flat situation without having to use my trunk space to carry a spare tire. You need to lube all the points in the pictures; light oil before use. Use a drill to quickly raise and lower the jack, which will allow the oil to permeate into the threads. Use the jack without the rubber Tesla busing; using the bushing causes it to lift the car at a cantilever angle which sets you up for failure. The jack is a little hard to turn with the extended arm but for that emergency situation once in a while is fine; just not every day use.Overall works great to just plug that tire, inflate with a small compressor and continue on your way! PS – carry a piece of wood in case you’re in the dirt or grass.

I own a 2006 Toyota Avalon. Great car, but it is a heavy load. The puny scissor jack that came with the car bent on my first flat tire. The ground was not perfectly level and the the jack simply failed. I purchased this jack because of the weight rating AND the wide base.Recently I needed to change out all of my lug nuts - they had become swollen from driving over 120,000 miles at speeds from 65-105mph on the interstate.Using the jack was fairly easy. This jack holds the weight without any sense of strain - my first jack never looked like it was beastie enough. This jack never gives a sign that it is straining. The winding of a scissor jack is not my fav procedure, but it is not difficult. Solid product.
