My main issue was that the ratchet (or “wretched” as the user guide calls it) was poor quality (basically just plastic and seemingly very fragile) and it wouldn’t do the ratcheting action most of the time. Some reviews state that it actually broke on first use. Plus, upon testing it, and when the ratchet actually worked, it took a lot of time to raise the car. I recommend just using the jack equipment that’s in your car or get a small hydraulic jack that will definitely speed up the process. This particular one doesn’t make it any easier. Also, the packaging was damaged. Definitely not recommended.

Good value comes in nice bag to neatly put away in trunk. Purchased for my son, he tested and jacked up the car very easy. Very happy with purchase

It’s cheap (though there’s cheaper) and the quality feels just barely okay. I dont expect this jack to last. It needs to be greased when you receive it. the ratchet they provide is also super inefficient but you maybe an easier movement than what my car included. Overall, would recommend getting something else.Never get under a vehicle without properly secured jack stands and chocked wheels on a mostly level surface. Because I trust my jackstands, it’s less important how I get the car up.

Ordered this jack to keep in my trunk, and works great. Super easy to use and reliable.If I ever get a flat, I’m happy to have this on me, which can save a lot of time/stress.

The extending handle on the wrench gives lots of extra force for removing the lug nuts without affecting the storage space.The ratchet wrench for extending the jack has a cross cutout to connect to the jack. One leg fits, the other doesn’t fit without filing first. This is a minor problem. Of the entire set, this looks like it could be the weakest part. As of now, after about 8 uses, it is working fine and better than the original set.

I had been searching for a reliable scissor jack kit for a while but couldn’t find one at my local hardware store. Luckily, I came across this one on Amazon at a very reasonable price, and it’s been an excellent purchase. The jack feels sturdy and well-built, making it easy to lift my vehicle with minimal effort.
