I recently had a flat tire with my 2024 Subaru Outback. I got out the jack and tried to jack up my car to change the tire. I found that the factory supplied jack is very difficult to use, so I decided to get a better one. This jack I bought through Amazon uses a ratcheting box wrench to operate the jack. This makes the process much quicker and easier. Also included are two rubber "hockey pucks" which protect your car's underside from being scratched or dented by the jack. An extendable lug wrench is included, along with a sockets which will accommodate four lug nut sizes. When this jack arrived, I took it out and used it. It works.

I’ve used and reviewed similar jacks and similar lug wrenches on my full size SUV…so it makes good sense to me that manufacturers/vendors would combine these into a kit. So I ordered this kit to have another (of both), perhaps to give to family or friends.About these jacks:- Scissor jacks are surprisingly strong. I’ve lifted an SUV/truck wheel with relative ease with a similar jack. …And it extended tall enough to do so with some room to spare. So these jacks are adequate enough to change a (2.5T GVW) SUV tire. And remember, no body part should EVER be under any part of the vehicle without at least two support mechanisms.- These are rather portable and capable for their size, at the cost of stability, especially as the jack lifts and extends…so use with caution. It can be a bit of a trick to keep these stable and straight on anything less than a perfectly flat and horizontal surface. Park mode of course, but also emergency brake (and wheel chocks if you have them).- The included ratchets with these are generally capable, but also a little “rickety”. Maybe keep a socket/wrench as a backup.About these lug wrenches:- They are strong and they work…as lug wrenches and general breaker bars.- They take more time to remove lug nuts compared to a cross bar…but are also more capable at “cracking the lug nuts”.…the included gloves, and especially the carry case are welcomed inclusions.

Worked perfectly on an older model Hyundai sonata. The wrenches felt light and a bit weak so I’d use this only as an emergency backup on small cars. The kit came with gloves, lug wrench, scissor jack, ratchet wrench and a storage bag. Everything fits into the bag so there’s no looking for parts all over the trunk bed. Not too heavy that you can’t carry around for easy portability.

This product comes with its own storage bag which I find very convenient. The product comes with 1.5 T Scissor jack, Ratchet Wrench, Lug wrench (17/19mm and 21/23mm), a pair of Gloves , and a Storage Bag. The Lug Wrench comes with a telescopic handle so that you can extend it for additional torque when remove the lug nuts. The 19 mm fits the Accord, Civic, and Forester while the 21mm fits the Toyota Sienna. The storage bag is very convenient and very portable. You can easily place it in the car trunk or move it from one car to another. If ever you need a jack to lift up the vehicle and found out that you have cargo in your trunk, this could be the solution. The 1.5 Ton rating is can be use on cars and not heavy trucks. I give this an initial 4 Stars.
