The Bottle Jack Valve Release Screw Knob is a great idea and a must have addition to yourhydraulic press.The Knob looks great and seems very well made with some heft and size to it.It's easy to install with no problems and it works but, the knurling is to light to help with gripon the knob. It could use some heavier knurling for a better grip.

I grew tired of using the jack handle on my HF 20 ton press to release the pressure. When I saw this, I figured I’d give it a try. I was surprised by the heft and quality of this knob. Feels like billet aluminum. I expected it to be much lighter duty for the price. I was worried the ears would break off but after getting it, those fears quickly vanished. Installed in seconds with the supplied set screw and allen wrench. 5/5 stars here!

I will have to drill the center hole bigger to fit the 20 ton harbor freight jack.

This knob allows me to release the bottle jack that operates the shop press without having to use the long handle, allowing me to keep my hands on the object in the press. The knob is well machined, easy to install, and should last for a very long time. It is a great improvement to the tool, at a very reasonable price. Well worth the cost.
