I got this to use with a new desk hutch I built, but it would seem that the pegboard I have is either non-standard, or this mount is. Regardless, the laptop tray does work with a regular VESA monitor mount for my wife's desk, so it's not going to go to waste.ProsThe laptop tray is made of metal and very sturdy.The latching retainer holds a laptop very securely to it.The bottom rests that the laptop can rest against is adjustable for thicker laptops.ConsAgain, either the pegboard I got at a local hardware store is non-standard or else this is. In any case, I'm not going to take a star off for that.Overall, the tray works great and holds my wife's laptop off her desk so she can swing it away when she needs more space on her desk. Make sure you read the instructions (or at least look at the picture on the box) to see how the latching laptop retainers are supposed to be attached. I didn't bother to at first and almost damaged them trying to force them on.

Vivo is one of those brands that I know when I get their product it is going to be well-made. This pegboard laptop mount is no different. The items are pieces are manufactured well and go together easily if instructions are followed. Fit and finish is excellent and this thing is built like a tank. 10/10 would recommend.

This is a really neat thing. Not only does it easily mount on pegboard with a secure screw in set up, but it could easily be mounted to anything you could screw it into, so it has a lot of versatility beyond just pegoboard. It fits my 18 inch acer predator neo laptop without issue and seems very stable, although it wobbles a bit when typing, even when tightened up. I would imagine this is less for using in that way, at least with an 8lb laptop on standard hardboard pegboard. if you were using metal pegboard, it'd likely be a lot more stable.
