This issue too expensive, too long to deliver to have parts missing. One picture you can tell is a complete package, the other 1 adjustment rod and no hardware, main rod, or attach plates. What a joke, returning all of it!

worked great and helped reduce sagging . keep in mind that it has pre-drilled holes and you cannot just adjust in between the fixed lengths. I had to drip a new hole to make it tight for my gate's measurements .other than that it looks nice . Tip to install it with the holes facing the door to make it look better .

I purchasd two vinyl fence gate from Lowes. The gate is 58" wide. This fits well. Look nice on my white color gate too. Not yet sure about how well it will support my gate. But upon research this should help your gate from changing the shape over time. Easy to install.

I added this brace and a wheel to stabilize a sagging gate. The combination worked perfectly!! Happy to have the gate easy to open now and not sagging!Since my gate has a decorative top, I did install one end lower than the top corner in order for it not to be seen - this seemed to work fine, but having the wheel so that the weight is shared by the two supports I think helps.

I purchased the Freedom Emblem vinyl fence kit to close in both of my side yards as my neighbors already had fencing installed for dogs and kids. I was worried that my one side with two 5 foot x 6 foot gates to make a 10 foot opening would sag after reading some reviews on the "gate kits".I try to be a perfectionist so I overengineered my gates and neither sagged. I had already purchased these "anti-sag" gate supports and because vinyl tends to weaken over time and we have very strong winds out of the northeast so these are like insurance policies for me.Purchase 3 kits, two featured and one will go on the opposite side of the house for a 3 foot x 6 foot gate which will be installed once I get that side started.Instructions were "copy/pasted" to a Word Doc and printed.Excellent design and super easy to install. 9/16" socket for the "cap" nuts, a #3 Phillips bit for the plate screws and a 3/8" impact socket for the "self-tapping" set screws.I highly recommend these for anyone installing gates. Not to mention, they are great as inside the yard handles to control the gates.

Arrived missing 2 acorn nuts. Do I have to buy this myself? You would think the kit comes will all hardware

I’m a contractor and installed a vinyl fence at my home. First vinyl fence ever.Everything was purchased from a fencing supplier that sells much higher quality materials than you’ll find at the big box places. The gates they sell come with a piece of vinyl that you’re supposed to screw to the uprights. Vinyl can get brittle over time and I didn’t like that option so I bought these gate supports.Very impressed with the fit and finish but their strength. There is little to no give in them. Makes the gates rigid which is nice but they now line up PERFECTLY with one another and will be less affected by hot/cold cycles throughout the seasonBuy themInstall themSmile that you did
