Sturdy, looks good, it functions well, no problem with rust and I assembled it on a concrete slab. Best though if you have a piece of plywood or a table. š¤Ø.Pre drilling is important, I used a self centering hinge bit first followed up by a regular bit for the longer screws. (Shorter screws do okay with just the centering bit). I had no issues with the screws when pre drilling. As long as your boards are straight and flat, it is easy to use.Used this for a chicken run I built. Keeps the corners square and secure. Plus a fast build, as long as your boards arenāt warped or twisted or BOTHš.

These corner structural supports with attached/welded hinges are truly a game changer. Easy to install. (I upgrade to deck screws), but other than that - excellent product. Have used on two gates.

This is exactly the product that I needed for my job of building two mid-weight gates to separate two parts of the property. I wanted a pair of gates with a simple 2x4 frame and welded wire mesh to cover them. The design of these is just about perfect. The angle braces are square and solid, nicely coated and a good size - large enough for this job. The hinges are especially good, pre welded to a second pair of angles for the outside two corners. These provide a great structural reinforcement and make all the difference. The included gate latches are standard and effective. Here's the rub:The kit included plenty of screws to tie it all together. Unfortunately, the strength of the screws I received is completely unacceptable. Pre-drilling my holes, they were still far to weak to install with a standard 20v impact driver - I snapped off a few screw heads before realizing how inferior they really are. And they are also unsuitable for screwing in completely by hand. I ended up getting the inner hardware attached with their screws by pre drilling larger holes, using the 20v to drive them in 90%Then for all the exterior and hinge hardware installation, I used my own heavy duty deck screws, not color-matched (black) but they also won't fail.Knowing all that, would I get these again? Actually yes, the frame hardware is great, but budgeting in the fact that you really need to add your own screws to the package. Consider yourself alerted.

I bought the no sag kit "A". Glad I did. it was a cheaper price than the others and is top quality. I made a 48" by 33" frame using it to make a door for a shed. It works great. I saw the reviews on the screws not being the best quality so I used some spare 1 1/4 exterior screws that I had and didn't drill pilot holes.. The instructions said only put a screw in one side if there are two holes but I went ahead and put a screw into every hole. I would buy this again if I needed to make another and I highly recommend it.

As a DIYer, this gate kit has been a game-changer for my wooden gate projects. This heavy-duty kit provides everything needed to reinforce a sagging gate, ensuring it remains straight and functional over time. The corner brace brackets are robust and easy to install, providing excellent support and stability. One of the standout features is the self-locking gate latch, which adds an extra layer of convenience and security. It ensures the gate stays closed securely without any hassle, which is a significant improvement over standard latches. The kit comes with clear instructions, making the installation process straightforward even for someone tackling this for the first time. The only minor downside is that the kit may require some adjustment or additional hardware depending on the specific dimensions and weight of your gate. However, once properly installed, the benefits far outweigh this small inconvenience. This product is an essential investment for anyone looking to maintain a sturdy and reliable gate. Its durability, ease of use, and added security make it a highly recommended product for any DIY enthusiast.

This gate hardware is easy to install, looks great, and is pretty study. I used the hardware to create a wide, 4 foot gate, and I still find that the gate has not started sagging. The hardware itself is lightweight and the instructions are simple and clear. Overall, Iām happy with it!

I hate saying gates. In building a gate for my porch I decided to give this kit a try. I am well pleased with the result. The gate assembled very easily and seems to be rock solid. All the hardware needed was included. I did elect to use my own screws as the reviews indicated the ones that are included were not satisfactory. I found that to be the case. While my gate is only 42ā, I feel this kit would handle up to a 5 foot gate. I have been using my gate for about a month and there are no problems.

I donāt know max weight (and torque) this game and hinges can bear but my finished product is 40ā high, 48ā wide. I used 2x2 redwood for frame and 1x5 cedar for planks. No problem bearing this weight. Easy to assemble. All frame, hinge and latch parts and screws included. A very nice product.
