This camera is simple and works great, when it works. We had moved and when trying to set it back up, it wasn’t connecting.. like other people had mentioned. I reached out to customer support and after verifying my problem, they replaced it at no charge. You don’t see this very often! Set up was easy again and we are back in business. Great job Vimtag!!

The size of camera is perfect, good picture quality. Good value for the money. I’m using it to monitor my dogs while I’m gone but could definitely be used as security camera.Very durable.

I was skeptical of this product, but I love it and plan to get a couple more. The ability to pan/tilt makes these the best. I sent my expensive ones back and are using these, the picture is good, the speaker works great. Very happy with this purchase. I do wish they had some than ran on batteries and not have to be plugged in.

I purchased this product as a baby monitor with a local SD memory slot to check on my dogs in the RV while I was away. The instructions are definitely not meant for idiots like me. You have to roll the camera eye itself upward until the SD card slot shows. The reset button is also there. The set up was extremely easy and it comes with the items you would need to mount it to the ceiling or a wall. Panning the camera is as simple as tapping or moving your finger on the screen. The picture is very clear even in low light, and the sound is good as well. It connected to wifi easily setup is easy enough if you follow the prompts. Whatever size SD card is the capability you get for recording. I'm sure there's a limit on the instructions. It's compact and easy to carry so I've also used it at my hotel room for extended stays. The lag is so minor it doesn't even matter. It's like a second. Recording quality is good, I could make out two fingers at a good distance. For such a good price, I'll buy another anytime!

We travel full-time in a travel trailer with our dog, Rascal, and two cats, Panther and Fuzzbutt. We're visiting Phoenix, Arizona, IN JUNE, for our granddaughter's birthday and the heat is like the surface of the sun! 108° the day we arrived.While we were at her pool party two days ago I was so stressed and worried that the power might go out at the campground, shutting off our AC, and roasting our pets. So, I ordered this little camera, with same day delivery!I set it up yesterday before we left the travel trailer. I'm no tech whiz by any means but this set up so quickly and easily! I was looking at live footage of all of us in less than 5 minutes. When I waved to the camera there was very little lag time. The picture is perfectly clear. When the camera turns it's very quiet and gives a full view of the room. Both the mic and speakers work very well.We left yesterday to meet family for lunch. While my husband drove I watched my phone (an android) almost the whole drive...I can't even begin to tell you how relieved I felt at being able to watch our pets as they slept! I showed the grandkids during lunch and we all enjoyed being able to watch them and could see that they were not showing any signs of overheating or distress.As you can see from the photos both day and night mode are very clear.... although night mode pics are a bit eerie!All in all I have to say this is one of the best purchases I've ever made! I had no idea how stressed I actually was worrying over our pets and how this little camera helped me relax and enjoy my day!Granted I've only had it for 2 days... but if there is a change I will definitely update my review.

I like the camera so much that I had purchased a second one. One of my cameras started to disconnect from the network often. My other camera was fine. I reached out to the Vimtag customer service through the app and within a matter of days, they offered to replace my camera since it was still under warranty. I received my new camera and so far it has not disconnected from the network.I appreciate their professionalism and understanding. They made it easy to work with them.As far as the camera goes, I like the quality of the picture, the size is just right (we dont even notice it is there anymore), the easy set up, the easy to use app, and the pan/tilt ability truly does go 360 degrees. There is a slight lag but that is to be expected... its technology... not human eyes. I can see everywhere in the room! It works good both day and night. I like that I can talk through the camera as well. It has come in handy!I would buy this again and again when needing another camera.

I was looking for a wireless camera for our dogs room. This one looked like it would fit the bill, and the price was so good that I decided to buy 2 of them and also monitor my garage where we have a rabbit that wandered in a year ago and liked it so much that he decided to stay with us. First of all, the setup was super simple. Just followed the provided instructions and was up and running in just a couple of minutes. The night vision is surprisingly pretty good. I have an LED night light in the garage just so I don't trip when I come home at night, and this camera illuminates very well. The one in the dogs room gets it's light from a street lamp and again, illuminates quite well. The two way speaker / microphone works as advertised. Tilt and zoom was another pleasant surprise. Works flawlessly with my iPhone. The picture quality is excellent.
