I absolutely love this vibration plate! At first, I wasn’t sure if it would make a difference, but after using it consistently, I can feel the results. It helps with circulation, muscle toning, and even relaxation after a long day. I also love that it’s gentle on my joints while still giving me a great workout. The 180 speed options let me adjust it to exactly what I need, and it feels super sturdy. It’s now part of my daily routine, and I can’t recommend it enough!

I love it!! It's amazing for full body training, it helps with weight loss and improves circulation. It has a modern and easy to use design... the best thing is that it doesn't take up space... I recommend it 100%

I recently purchased the waver and used it a few times. Loving this product so far. Definitely activates core and so easy to use. I have done squats on a low setting starting with 1 minutes and have worked my way up to 5 minutes. I feel my legs are tired and I have better sleep. I look forward to working on other exercises on the waver plate.
