I purchased as set of these for a project with a Raspberry Pi and I did so because I wanted to power the vibrating motor from a separate power source so as to not overload the Pi's GPIO output capability. All three of the devices that I received worked, but all provide very weak vibration. Two of the three vibrate very weakly and the other is moderately better. I am comparing them to other vibration motor products that I have purchased. Specifically, and as an example, I bought "BestTong 15PCS 10mmx2mm Mini Tiny Vibration Motors 10000rpm" from Amazon and they vibrate far more vigorously. I may end up trying to attach one of those motors to one of these circuit boards...
