Love that it’s so big , I don’t cook but am using it to dye clothing on a stovetop , I am worried about being able to left it because it’s heavy even with nothing inside 😳

We use this for tamales - great quality, fits a ton (plenty of room to double stack if you want) and holds heat well. We got a 12” steamer rack for the bottom and set the strainer on that. Works perfectly.

I've only used this pan 3 times to make a huge batches of salsa. The second time I noticed the salsa starting to stick to the bottom with only simmering and stirring frequently. The 3rd time it really burnt my salsa and ruined a whole batch. I've had the pan soaking for 5 days and still can't get the burn marks completely out of it. I'm not happy as I spent $100 for this pan.

It's huge. Heavy. It's going to be an item that will be passed down a few generations. You could fry a turkey in it. Or a great lobster pot.

I’ve been looking for a stainless steel upgraded pot for my turkey fryer & this was the standout. As silly as it may seem, I spend time researching & comparing for almost all of my non-standard purchases so I had this in my cart along with my other top picks for months as I kept looking AND comparing prices. This ended up being the clear winner & the quality product that arrived was better than expected. If you wanna step up your turkey fry game, I highly recommend this pot. I would also recommend upgrading your burner as well though. There is a lot more mass to heat up with stainless steel.
