I wanted to return it. There was no eligibility for return then it says contact manufacturer. No order number was given in the box. Now it says return window closed. It came in bent and the pan doesn’t heat up evenly on a camping stove.

I was super excited to use this recent purchase. I used it 4 times to perfect the heat settings but ever time the surface bubbles and warps into a waved and uneven surface. Even with my stove perfectly leveled with a digital level, the food, oils, and juices travel all over while cooking. Disaster meal prep ever time. As a veteran chef, this is the most regretful purchase I have ever made for my kitchen and patio grilling. Strongly recommend purchasing a different brand (cast iron) this material is too thin and very inconvenient for an enjoyable cooking experience. It does look beautiful out of the box, with nice handles.

It does not matter how even the heat is it still warped. I am going to see if I can secure it down.

My husband loves his new griddle! It fit perfectly over our grill! He’s made bacon, eggs, and pancakes in far less time it would have taken using 3 pans in the house! We’ve made hamburgers etc. Heavy duty steel Construction!! Love it!

And the best part is - cooks fantastic. The key is the marriage of perfect thickness with excellent welding. I found once it was in place, the handles came off because of the weight on the griddle. The stainless steel quality took mere moments for the cooking area to mellow out and be ready to cook. Also, my wife is super pleased. The surface is spacious enough for both of us to have what we want down, from sandwich to steak.
