I really liked this item, until I was finding plastic in my food. The plastic around the feet of the chopping box started to break, the feet now just fall out. I can't even use it anymore.

I’m definitely pleased with this chopper, it made my food prepping so much easier and cut my time in half.

I specifically wanted this item to chop onions, and to slice tomatoes. So I did try trapping some onions the other day, it was way more difficult than it looks in the photos to push it all down and on top of that it's really hard to clean the little grates. And because they are so sharp I can't really get my fingers in there to try to pull out any food that gets stuck. Running it underwater also didn't get all the food out of there. I literally ran it through the dishwasher and it still had bits of onion on it. Almost all of the pieces are plastic which I don't think I realized at the time of purchase (which could just be my fault maybe I didn't read the description closely enough). I didn't use any of the other parts. I honestly just ended up throwing this away because it wasn't what I needed it to be, and I really didn't feel like going out of my way to return it. If literally all I was able to do with it was effectively chop onions, then I would have been happy, but it doesn't. So I'll just consider the money that I lost on this a lesson learned.
