This worked fine for reducing the speed of my 2 fans. I used a power strip in the box and plugged the fans in power strip.

I’m not sure if my grinders motor is supported, but does work it just changes my grinder from ludicrous mode to barely able to turn.

I use this on my exterior fan on my deck. The fan speed is too high and with this I can adjust the speed to where I like it.
