I have always been leary of ordering furniture online but shopping in-store we weren’t able to find just what we wanted. We found this set of theater chairs and decided to take a chance. I’m so glad we did! They came packed so nothing possible could go wrong. It was very easy to slide both chairs together. We had to disconnect the power headrest and lumbar support cables but Valencia had tags on each cord marked so you can reconnect without guessing which one went where. The leather is beautiful and so comfortable. I like the adjustable headrest. No more neck pain. We are going to enjoy using the chairs for many years. Definitely a quality product at a very good price.

These seats are extremely comfortable with smooth, supple leather that gets even better over time. The reclining is silent and smooth, and the cushions offer great support. Assembly is easy. The built-in lighting and storage are great touches, though the trays could be more adjustable. Overall, a fantastic addition to any home theater—highly recommend!

Very comfortable chairs. The leather was very nice to the touch at arrival, but gotten even more pleasant after a few hours of using them as was described in the manual. The size is perfect for my average height family. Putting them together is also very easy with the hardest part. Make sure you measure your doorways and figure out how to carry them to the basement, as these are quite heavy and big. The only downside I’ve noticed so far - lumbar support piece is great when you sit, but since it is not moving with the position of human body when you recline, it may not be as comfortable when you lay down and often needs to be brought back to a default position. Tray tables are also nice, but hoping for an option with more adjustment points to not block the cup holder and be able to bring the tray closer and higher when I sit. Also wish the optional armrest divider was included with the loveseat, because getting it separately in non-black is lengthy and pricy.

We wanted to purchase a replacement leather loveseat for one that wore out after a few years (we have two Schnauzers), so we wanted something durable, comfortable, stylish and practical. This recliner, the Valencia Tuscany, was all of that and more. We love all of the features that are built in - ambient lighting for the cup holders and along the floor, the charging ports for both USBs, and the accessory attachment point for wine glasses, or tablets, and various trays. This was a too cool feature that I wasnt even aware of until after it was delivered. These seats are built well, they feel solid and even have an adjustable lumbar support! I was so satisfied with the Love Seat, I ordered two more recliners to complete the set. I highly recommend Valencia for their quality and style.

The Valencia Tuscany seats are not only very attractive, but the leather and construction are excellent. The three motor functions operate flawlessly providing the ultimate in comfort options. The delivery experience went without a hitch, and the assembly of the seat sections was very easy. They look great in our theater area, they were of great value, and we are very happy with choosing them.

My husband and I of 40 yrs love watching our favorite TV shows on this luxury Valencia loveseat. It's easy to cuddle and has super comforting lumbar and head adjustments, perfect for lounging. The accessories are great. We have a tv tray in the side compartment that is stored in side compartments.It's sturdy, has beautiful workmanship and design on faux leather. It shifts into position easily, and has an in-built blue nightlight. We love it.

The two-set sofa arrived in two very well packed boxes. The driver lowered the boxes to the drive and put them into the garage. Your delivery service will vary by location.The on-line instructions are very well done and the box sort of unpacks and unrolls into place. This is definitely a two adult job as each box is marked 120 pounds. The package is mostly sturdy cardboard. As evidence on how well they do the little things they wrap the nasty styrofoam in plastic wrap so the little white balls don't end up everywhere. Well done!Assembly was easy. The two halves of the sofa are aligned from and back and just slid together and a clever system has one side biting onto the other side. I put my wife on one side and I on the other and just sort of leaned together and click they locked together tightly. No wrenches, no nuts, no bolts ... just spin the little thing with the teeth around so it faces the other side of the sofa and push.The fit and finish of the leather, foam, and frame is impeccable. The sofa feels study and solid. The foam in the bottom seat cushion is a firm "sports car" like feel, there's a bit of padding on the arms, and the two pads that touch in the middle are 'sittable' they're comfortable enough. I'm 5'10" and 210 pounds and the seats were plenty big enough. Sitting in them there's plenty of room for a thick blanket wrap.Each of the three seats has smooth 'analog' adjustments through their range. As you recline the legs kick out a bit and then the back starts reclining. The head rest runs up and down smoothly without pinching. The lumbar support can make sitting long periods more enjoyable.In side each deep side pocket was a beautiful black carbon fiber accessory tray that was a perfect fit for my iPad Pro or a bucket of popcorn. The cup holders are illuminated blue as is the footwell of each seat.I'd give six stars if it was heated. This is a very high quality sofa that can be delivered right to your doorstep. I also bought the matching single seat recliner too.

I searched several stores was told there was shortage of leather furniture. Could take at least 10 months. The leather quality was bad. Clearly would peel and crack. NO TOP GRAIN LEATHER WHATSOEVER. Nervous to order online big ticket item w/o testing comfort. Had them 1 day. Firmer than expected but there IS suspension and padding. I soon got used to it and it is comfortable. Wish more neck support, also easily solved with sofa cushion. First sofa I found that is comfortable sitting straight up. Leather is good quality. Looks good. Love deep storage in arms. Some say led lights too bright. I love them; gently reflect on my baseboards. Accessory ports stylish. Getting tray table. Maybe also smartpad stand when this co. gets supplied. The company, represented by Peter, is the most accommodating, responsive customer service I have experienced in 30 yrs. Amazon is great, but I had some complexity in my circumstances. Delivery team great! I expect this 2-seater to last well. People have said pricey, but for this quality it is very reasonable. And I got it in just a few weeks! Fantastic! Wished I hadn't wasted time and energy going to showrooms. I wouldn't delay; it seems there really may be a shortage in durable goods.

The power headrest is excellent as is the power recliner. We haven’t found any comfortable position of the lumbar adjustment, other than completely turned down. We are both quite tall, so other people may find the lumbar settings as very useful. The headrests and reclining positions are very comfortable. Instructions are very brief, but there are a few reviews on YouTube that have good installation descriptions.If you install on a carpet as recommended, don’t use the rubber stick on pads supplied. If you install them and move the chair around on a carpet during setup, they just roll off and you will need to completely remove them and clean the rubber and glue off the 12 feet (for the loveseat model). Only 10 of the stick on pads came with the loveseat, not 12, so I had to remove 10. It’s probably a good idea to put on these rubber pads if you are placing the seats directly on a hardwood floor.The parts of the seats that you recline on and the armrests are covered with the nappa leather. The outside of the armrests and the back of the chairs are probably vinyl, but the colour matching with the leather is excellent.
